Prior to the deployment at client site, every Star security personnel has to undergo
a strict process of recruitment, which involves security personnel�s personal check,
qualification check and character background check with internal and external references.
After the recruitment security personnel has to undergo a grueling two week full time basic training course, which involves the physical training as well as training related to maintaining document /paper work during their job at client site, client specific requirement training and training related to client site local issues.
Training is the back bone of security business and the 'NAGWAIN' based Training school is the way ahead to strength the same. STAR has embarked on this ambitious project of establishing its Training centre at NAGWAIN for Himachal region.
After six month of service, all personnel have to undergo a refresher course with the special requirement of the site. In addition to providing training at training centre s, we also conduct in house courses for organization requiring training at their own premises and also provide consultancy services to large and medium size corporate.
